Waco Massacre

There is little evidence of any wrongdoing on the part of the bikers. There is evidence of a police cover up, however. What if government snipers (cops) picked off mostly unarmed American citizens, without provocation?

It’s shocking and un-American. It’s murder. And no one seems to care, and everyone goes on thinking this is the freest country in the world.

Here’s someone who is doing something about it on the legal front:

Here’s another great article on it.

Abolish the police!

Military Style Raid in Indiana

Posse Comitatus is the law that says the military can’t act as law enforcement on US soil. These guys were dressed like they were fighting house to house in Iraq. Just because the “peace” officers aren’t employed by the military doesn’t mean they’re not violating the law.

The Evansville PD was executing a search warrant, because someone posted threats to police on the internet.

But it turns out it was the wrong house.

ABOLISH THE POLICE!

Trigger Happy NYPD

I don’t think it’s just the NYPD with an itchy trigger finger problem–it’s pretty much every city in America. But certain agencies of the NY city government have noticed the problem. They’re making the housing authority maintenance men wear orange vests to hopefully cause the cops to pause for a moment.

Of course, once there is a criminal that wears an orange vest, the PD will probably put out bounties on guys wearing orange vests.

I love what Bojidar said:

So, the NYC government finally figured out who the greatest threat to safety and security is. It’s the NYPD.

I say, shut the NYPD down.

I couldn’t agree more.

End Public School

Public school should be abolished. There are many reasons.

1. Public school is funded by socialism. People are forced to pay taxes, and that money is given to other people. This is enforced by violence or at least the threat of violence.

2. Jesus said, “Whoever is not with me is against me” (Matthew 12:30). Is public school for Christ? If not, then it is against Christ.

3. Public school being against Christ leads to huge moral problems.

4. It is none of the government’s business whether kids go to school. God put education under the purview of parents–not government. When government usurps parental authority it is a sin.

5. The free market will offer better, cheaper, non-violent solutions and choices to people.

6. Public School is technologically obsolete.

We Americans like to think of ourselves as the best in the world at everything, but our school system is right up there with…Lithuania. The American public school system ranks 30th in math in the world; 23rd in science and 20th in reading. We were beat out by Estonia. If you wish to offer a defense of public school, you’re defending mediocrity.

1. Public School Is Socialism

Even conservatives and Christians (while railing against Obamacare and big government) send their kids to government schools. I think it never crosses most people’s minds that they’re taking part in socialism. Public school is often looked at as the only choice. It’s no wonder we’re losing the battle for our culture when we are so inconsistent. Socialism is immoral, because the government has no more right to steal from people than anyone else.

Public school is mostly funded by property taxes. In Colorado, if you don’t pay your property taxes, after three years, the sheriff is going to show up to move your stuff out to the curb. Even if you own your house free and clear, you better make dang sure you’re paying your property taxes, or your house WILL BE STOLEN. The deputies will drag you out kicking and screaming. So, public school is funded by violence and theft. If it weren’t, rest assured, I wouldn’t pay these unjust taxes.

Whether I like it or not, whether I have kids or not, I have to pay the government, and they redistribute it as they see fit. I’ve heard people argue that them stealing from me is OK, because I get to vote. Even if I had a zillion votes, stealing wouldn’t be OK. They have a monopoly on education because it’s legal for them to use force to keep it. Not because they offer the best product, but strictly by force.

2. Public School is Against Christ

All the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in Christ Jesus (Colossians 2:3). Yet, it is illegal to show favoritism to Christianity in public school. Christians believe that Jesus is Lord; He is the Creator, but we can’t show preference to Him over Vishnu, Buddha or the flying spaghetti monster. It is foolishness on display. It is God’s judgment, yet Christians continue to send their kids there. It’s shocking to me.

3. Moral Problems

If evolution were true, humans are nothing more than a species of animal. There is no inherent value to our lives, because only God can confer absolute value to anything. There is no right and wrong. There is no absolute truth. Knowledge is not possible. To pretend that this teaching doesn’t have consequences for society is to put your head in the sand.

At least the guy in this video admits his worldview leads to a lack of certainty in knowledge. He can’t live consistently with that, but at least he admits it.

We wonder why schools get shot up and 50 million babies have been murdered by their mothers. If you tell people they’re animals long enough, they’ll start to act like animals.

4. Forcing People To Send Their Kids To School Is Wrong

If you don’t send your kids to school, the truancy officer is going to take your kids. I’m noticing a pattern with these government thugs. They’re into force and violence. If someone wants to educate their child in a way that the government doesn’t like, watch out!

Deuteronomy 6:4-9 says, “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. 5 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. 6 And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. 8 You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. 9 You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.”

The Lord wants us to teach our children as we live our lives with them. Nowhere in there does it say it might be a good idea to send the kids to the government.

5. The Free Market Is Better

You don’t have to be a greedy capitalist to know that when there is competition in providing goods or services, the price goes down and the quality goes up. The government gives themselves a huge advantage by taking money from everyone and they still end up mediocre.

What if the government was relieved of its monopoly and the entrepreneurs, teachers and parents were set free to innovate and come up with new ways of teaching. Maybe home school a little, and send Johnny to a teacher for a specialized subject he’s interested in. Maybe someone will invent, create or discover a new way that is really effective for teaching a subject, because millions of people aren’t stuck in a government mold.

6. Technology Has Made Public School Obsolete

There are ivy league universities that have put all their classes on Youtube. Why pay $100.000 or more for a piece of paper, when the true benefit of education (the education) is free? More and more people are going to realize this and forego college in favor of education. Isn’t the measure of an education what you do with it rather than whether you jumped through hoops? Obviously, this would be even easier for elementary through high school.

There are already online public schools. This eliminates the costly real estate and maintenance costs of public school. You could lay off a lot of teachers. Those are the two main costs of public school. Maybe this will be the first step in eliminating public school. You could send all the kids home and teach them there and immediately cut the budget by 80% or more. That puts the costs within reach of families to pay their own way, or be assisted by charities if necessary.

Maybe some school district will attempt this on their own–send the kids home, sell their real estate, lay off most of their staff, and cut property taxes by 50% or more.

You could have the greatest teachers in the country teach their subject’s lessons and then have online assistants to answer questions or grade paperwork.

Of course, all of this is already happening. It’s just that only a small percentage of Americans are taking advantage.

The free market is better than government monopoly.

The bottom line is I don’t consent to this socialistic school system. I don’t like being threatened with force so others can get their way.

Abolish The Police!

I’m dead serious that the police should be abolished. I say this for five main reasons.

An Old West Posse
An Old West Posse – Citizen Justice

1. Ancient Israel was the freest country in the history of the world. Early America was a close second. Israel was operating under God’s law, and He didn’t institute a police force.

2. This country didn’t have a police force until the 1830s. The founding fathers didn’t see the need for police.

3. No one should have extra rights. The founding fathers  didn’t want anyone to be considered a special class of people who operated under different laws than everyone else.

4. The funding for police is taken from people by threat of force aka taxation. This is immoral. It is stealing.

5. Cops have become the biggest, most violent gang of thugs in the country. They have become highly militarized. And, they really are above the law. They don’t have to live up to the same standards as everyone else, and they take full advantage of that status.

However, this doesn’t mean that I’m just trusting people not to murder and steal. There still needs to be law enforcement. It’s just that it will be biblical, voluntary and private.

1. God’s Law Says There Will Be No Cops

I’m a theonomist (which means I’m a Christian who believes the civil laws of Israel ought to be the land of the law today). Ancient Israel did not have police. Their taxes were extremely low, and the extent of their government was a court system. When a crime was committed, the victim would charge the guilty party in the court system. The court would hold a trial and if there was a guilty verdict, the victim and witnesses would carry out the punishment, along with any of the available townspeople, if necessary. There were no cops going around looking for trouble.

2. No Police In America Until the 1830s

You have to check out the article referenced here. It is a great article about the unconstitutionality of police. I made it into a pdf and read it on my kindle. It came out to be about 30 pages of reading and 40 pages of footnotes. I can’t stress what a great article it is, and it’s free.

It is astonishing the freedoms we as Americans have given up. There were no cops but crimes were still punished, because they attempted to implement to the best of their ability a biblical society. Their system resembled that of ancient Israel. Why have we abandoned what they did? Why are the conservatives now the ones worshiping cops when they should be the most passionate about returning to how things were in this country originally? Because we’ve been duped. We’ve been educated by the government and we’re embarrassingly ignorant of our own history.

3. No one should have extra rights. In some places in history, the king and his representatives didn’t have to live by the same law as everyone else. This is something the founding fathers did not want. Over time, that is exactly what we’ve gotten with police.

The police have been placed under special laws so that they can do police work without getting sued every time they turn around; they bear no personal liability–their judgments are paid by the government under which they operate. I say if they can’t do their job without getting sued, then maybe their job isn’t realistic. They should be held to the same standard as everyone else, and if they do something stupid, they should be personally liable.

4. Police Are Funded By Theft

Most police are municipal cops. They are funded by city sales taxes, lodging taxes etc. What happens if a business doesn’t pay its tax? They will have a lien placed on their property or their bank accounts garnished. They are essentially forced to pay. Most people think it’s wrong to use violence or the threat of violence to get their way. But if it’s a government entity who is using violence to get their way, most people seem OK with it. I don’t get it.

Those who perpetrate this theft will stand before God and give an account. They won’t be able to point to their boss or their congressman or president. They will be guilty and naked before their Creator. That means the sweet old ladies at the county treasurer’s office or the deputies who carry out an eviction against people who haven’t paid their property taxes or ANYONE who works for the IRS are in trouble. I would be scared of God’s judgment if I even mowed the IRS’  grass.

5. Cops Are Abusing The American People

What might happen if there were no armed thugs to walk around making sure bad guys don’t steal purses. Well, it’s been attempted in big cities like New York and small cities. Pandemonium did not ensue. The Lord keeps us safe–not the government.

What should we do instead of forcing taxpayers to pay for the gang of thugs that oppresses them? Arrests should only be made when a court issues an arrest warrant. Anyone can make such an arrest including private bounty hunters. And anyone can arrest a person while committing a crime. All citizens and bounty hunters/private detectives would be held to the same standard. There would be no special class of people under the law. Before police existed in America, Alexis de Tocqueville said that virtually no crime went unpunished.

Check out these other blog entries to see how cops are abusing Americans. They are the biggest, most violent gang in the country.

Might Makes Right?

From Bojidar Marinov

bm

“It is for this reason that we see, in modern America, the growth of the police state. Since civil government in America has long lost whatever legitimacy it had under God, its has become a pagan state. Projection of raw power, then, becomes crucial to the maintenance and the legitimization of the authority of civil government. And not only just the projection of raw power, but the exercise of raw power in terrorizing the population is crucial: to destroy the rule of law, which is a testimony for the Gospel, a pagan government must replace it with rule of man, and that rule of man must be exercised against the Law, so that the mighty men may legitimize their authority. The claims that police needs all this excessive firepower to do their job are proven false by the fact that police is one of the safest jobs around; more police officers die of reckless driving than of assaults. The projection of power is needed because for a pagan state, it is the only means to legitimize authority.

It is for this reason the empires in the Bible are described as ravenous beasts who trample, crush, destroy, tear apart, devour their victims. It is not just uncontrollable, occasional impulse of some pagan states; violence and state terrorism against its own population becomes a religious necessity for the pagan state. So whenever you see cops in full military gear facing unarmed protesters, it is not self-protection; it is a religious statement. It is the modern Nimrod using his might to legitimize his right.”

Did George Washington Need Police?

From this article: It was not until the 1830s that the idea of a centralized municipal police department first emerged in the United States. In 1838, the city of Boston established the first American police force, followed by New York City in 1845, Albany, NY and Chicago in 1851, New Orleans and Cincinnati in 1853, Philadelphia in 1855, and Newark, NJ and Baltimore in 1857 (Harring 1983, Lundman 1980; Lynch 1984). By the 1880s all major U.S. cities had municipal police forces in place.

Maybe there is a better way to do things. Maybe we should abolish the police.
