Category Archives: Police Abuse

Great Idea!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WFkM_sQlRrY

These people handled it great! Don’t let the government into your house without a warrant. It’s amazing to watch a guy fly off the handle when Americans exercise their constitutional rights. Men have died for those rights, but it is the government’s duty to get people to surrender their rights.

But what should be done about it? I suppose the people could file a complaint about a cussing cop. That will go nowhere, but at least it might cost them a little bit of time and effort. Here’s something us regular people can do.

Let them know that we want to hold them accountable. If you live near where an episode of police abuse takes place, go down to the police department and ask questions. Go to the city and ask questions. Email the city council and ask what they’re going to do about it.

More Border Patrol Stupidity

To paraphrase this border patrol loser, “The Supreme Court has said slavery is legal, murdering babies in the womb is your constitutional right, two dudes can get married, we can relentlessly harass Americans, up is down and down is up. We’re here to blindly obey Ruth Bader Ginsburg, because we’re completely brainless due to having been indoctrinated by the state beginning at the age of five. Are you a US citizen?”

Crooked Colorado Republicans

I knew when I found out that the average voter wouldn’t get a vote for Republican nominee that Colorado GOP muckity-mucks were going to rig the vote for Cruz. I just thought they would be able to pull it off with a little more finesse–maybe not make it quite so obvious.

The Republican party needs to go away. We need a party that loves liberty and doesn’t worship cops. Obviously, I feel bad for this guy, and it’s wrong what they’re doing,  but if he’s voting for Trump, he’s part of the problem.

Canon City Protester

This is an interesting video of a guy from Denver protesting the police at 12th and Royal Gorge Boulevard on 3/31/16.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uDXeZ60epfk

It was weird that the one cop stepped into traffic. It was also very wasteful of taxpayer money to have all those cops show up. At least it stopped them from writing traffic tickets.

The protester said the battery went dead on his phone, but shortly after it did, the cops left him alone.

I don’t like the vulgarity he uses, but loud and boisterous harangue is protected speech in this country. It’s as if someone informed the Canon City PD of that in the past.

Good News

People say the cops are great and they’ll protect our rights. It’s the politicians that are the problem. Well, this shows how both are the problem. Obviously, the politician is a dirtbag, but the cop escorts this woman out and does the bidding of the dirtbag. He has no brain between his ears, and is unwilling to stand up for what’s right. He just does what he’s told and probably takes pleasure in shoving and manhandling the woman anyway.

But the good news is this took place in 2012 and this woman has been awarded $200,000 for this injustice.

More Stupidity

Below is a post from a Christian on Facebook. I have responded to one of his post’s in the past.

copworship

This guy is essentially presenting an argument that goes like this:
1. Traffic stops are dangerous.
2. Therefore cops are entitled to treat everyone as dangerous during a traffic stop.

I deny that traffic stops are that dangerous. People are occasionally shot whether they’re cops or not. Stringing together a video of violent traffic stops and posting it on Youtube isn’t statistical evidence, though it can be persuasive. Police don’t have a dangerous job. They ranked as the fifteenth most dangerous job in 2013 between grounds maintenance workers and painters. I’ve never seen a memorial to fallen grounds crew members, but clearly, there ought to be one.

Obviously, if traffic stops aren’t that dangerous, the conclusion of his argument doesn’t work either. But, even if I were to concede that his first point is correct, the second point doesn’t necessarily follow. Maybe there are better solutions to dangerous traffic stops.

The manufacturer of my car has determined the best type of oil for the engine, and specified that in the owner’s manual. If I put in something other than what they’ve specified, I’m risking suboptimal performance, or even ruining the engine. If I put in water, I don’t know how far I’d make it down the road, but not very far.

God knows human beings even better than my manufacturer knows my engine. God defines right and wrong, just and unjust. The existence of police (at least in their current form) is illegal under God’s law. They are tantamount to putting water in an engine instead of oil. Who knows what all the bad effects will be, but cops being shot during traffic stops isn’t the only one.

But rather than my Christian friend calling for the biblical solution, he’s saying that we need to put more water in the engine–saying cops need to be tougher and more suspicious of everyone.

I don’t know this guy too well, but from what I know he is a nice guy, and a devoted Christian. But, the pulpits have failed miserably in that Christians can go on thinking like this. Who defines good and evil? Here’s a news flash: Ruth Bader Ginsburg does not define good and evil. I think American Christians are having a terrible confusion about what is good and what is evil.

We Need Decent Pastors! And David Clarke is an Idiot!

dacj

I’m a little bit discouraged today to see my Christian friends post this David Clarke garbage as if this pagan, power-religion cult of law enforcement is in any way righteous.

  1. Kasich is an idiot and I wouldn’t vote for him (So are Trump and Cruz).
  2. Kasich harmed no one by not moving over.
  3. The law that states you have to move over is an unjust law.
  4. Christians bow down and worship at the feet of government.
  5. Christians don’t understand the Bible and say you have to explicitly obey the law.
  6. This cop really is an idiot for using threats of force to enforce unjust laws.

I have another guy that goes to my church who is willing to tell my wife to move out of the country because she opposes Trump. I have my pastor who never moves away from Christianity 101–never moves from milk to solid food. And unfortunately he’s probably the best pastor in town.

Christians don’t know right from wrong. They barely know their right hand from their left hand. What would you expect our culture to be coming to when the Christians don’t even know right from wrong? We need pastors who are half way decent to teach people before this culture is going anywhere.
