I’m just so sad about what happened to the tea party. I don’t know how the tea party got so screwed up. But I think it’s a good place to try to wake people up. They’re generally Christians and certainly conservative. The problem is that they hold self-contradictory positions. It makes is easy to just let them talk until they shoot themselves in the foot.
