The city settled for $1.5 million on this one. The guy was supposedly hard of hearing and had earphones in. He was given only a few seconds to comply. I don’t know why him carrying a knife was even a problem for this murderous cop. The cop should receive the death penalty. (That’s not just my opinion, but the teaching of the Bible.)
It seems some Americans think that if we just obey the police, they will never do anything bad to us. That is unAmerican and unChristian. Christians must resist tyranny. The police are behaving as if they are an occupying army in enemy territory.
