I don’t like cussing personally, but it’s not illegal. The cameraman was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction. The charges should have been interfering with a cop’s power trip. And you can videotape anything in public, including kids. I’m sick of cops not knowing the law.
“This video could have been titled hero cop saves kid, but no, its gotta be Sgt. Gillissie assaults man filming,” Okolecki said.
Might makes right is the religious belief of every government system that rejects Christ. The government has to win even these small battles.

Here are a couple of my favorite comments on this video:
Alex says, “Taking revenge for all those years he was bullied in school. Moral of the story is, be nice to the resource kids. They may well become police officers one day.”
Johnathon says, “What is wrong with those kids? It’s like they don’t even care!”
The poor people of Arivaca, Arizona, a tiny town south of Tucson, have to pass through a Border Patrol checkpoint every time they leave town. Their Fourth Amendment rights are violated often. Members of the community have said:
Our children live in a world where they pass through a military-style checkpoint every morning and afternoon for school. Every time their parents take them to Tucson shopping. Every time they go to a friends house in Amado, or to Karate in Sahuarita. Men carry guns, dogs bark, lights flash.
Arivacans have started to do something about it. They’ve held protests at the checkpoint, monitored the agents for wrongdoing and met with their congressman.
I think they need to get a little more creative. Maybe something like building a road around the checkpoint or something.
Nevertheless, it is encouraging that they at least aren’t just lying down and taking it.
This lady was picking up her child from a Florida elementary school. There is a shortage of parking around the school, and officials have started issuing tickets when parents park on the grass.
Apparently, this lady didn’t show proper respect to this guy’s authority, so he had to teach her a lesson. She had to be taught a lesson in the religion of statism. Where men are the lawgivers with no authority from their Creator, the only authority they have comes through violence. Therefore, government violence is a religious exercise.

As a side note, public schools are the temple of this religion. Christians should remove their children ASAP. End public school!
This guy’s problem is that he was a Cubs fan in a Pirates stadium. A pregnant Pirates fan threw a cup of tobacco spit at him, and security escorted him out of the stadium.
The cop knew nothing about what had transpired, or that this guy was the victim, but didn’t hesitate to manhandle him anyway. The guy was not arrested and didn’t face any charges. Turn up the volume if you need to to hear what the cop says. It is chilling.
I hope he sues Pittsburgh PD for all they’re worth.

As this nation has abandoned the Lord as its lawgiver, men have become its lawgivers. The inevitable result is the idolatrous religion of statism.
Wherever the arbitrary laws of men differ from the perfect law of God, those laws are unjust and must be enforced by violence. Whenever government agents employ violence, it is a worship service for the false religion of statism.
This guy’s mom called the police on this guy when he was threatening suicide. I’m going to give a quick tip on what to do for your family in whatever crazy situation they may be in. Do anything but call the police. They will only make the situation worse.
Here’s another one of my theories on what the deal is with police. All men like guns. Guns are fun. But, police walk around all day every day with a gun on their hip. They want to use their gun. When an opportunity presents itself, they take full advantage.
This guy had a knife and was walking towards them. I’m sure they were yelling at him to put the knife down and get on the ground, but the guy didn’t obey. It was a golden opportunity for them to blow someone away, and now they’re on paid leave.
They may be cleared of any wrongdoing under man’s law, but they will stand before God and give an account. God won’t judge them by the Colorado Revised Statutes or by DPD policy. Justice will be done.
Here’s a few ideas for what their slogan ought to be.
Comply or Die
To Terrorize and Collect
Home of the Fee, Land of the Slave
Respect Our Authority
We Are the Law
POLICE. Also Judge, Jury and Executioner
To Harass and Molest
Obey and Survive
To Seize and Collect
And the best slogan is:
10. No slogan, because taxpayers have to pay for the lettering, and it’s wasteful of their money, and there shouldn’t be police anyway, because they are unbiblical and unconstitutional.
I can see why this cop wouldn’t know about the right to free speech, and is scared of having people lined up leafleting. After all, the right to free speech is covered in the 8973rd Amendment, paragraph (j), section (iii).
Oh wait. That’s not right. It’s the First Amendment. He’s just on a massive, ignorance-fueled power trip.
But you know what really galls me is the people thanked the cop at the end. I realize it’s probably just habit, and it makes me mad, because I’ve done the same thing. I’ve thanked cops for handing me a ticket. It makes me sick thinking about it. They should thank me.
Of course, every single on of that cop’s paychecks is him committing fraud. He’s supposed to know the law. Soliciting is selling something. Passing out literature isn’t soliciting.
Here’s the best comment on this video:
“Sorry, Officer, you can’t use the terms “break it up” or “get a permit” without a special permit from the “break it up / get a permit” licensing board, which is located in Room 1984 of the Doubleplusgood Building on Oceania Boulevard. Yeah yeah, being a policeman gives you certain authority, blah blah blah, never mind, just be a good boy and run along to the licensing office. Quit asking why.”
I can see why that dirtbag would be against passing out Constitutions.
