This incident took place in 2012. The two officers were sentenced to 5 years in prison in 2015. The victim received a $1.6 million settlement in July 2018. Here’s more info. Personally, I’m shocked the cops faced any consequences.
Notice how they were shouting, “Stop trying to grab my gun.” while his hands were up. Those cops are pure evil, but they are doing exactly what police are supposed to be doing. They are not the exception, but the rule.

Lying Cop #1011
Here’s another lying cop. You can tell because his lips are moving, and the $70,000 judgment paid to his victim. But rest assured he’s still employed.
Is this the most evil cop ever?
You just have to watch until about 1:30 to 2:00 to see what may be the most ridiculous behavior in the history of police abuse. There are some further threats and manhandling a little later, but the first part is the most egregious.
The cop was later recommended for firing, but quit before being fired. So he’s probably still a cop somewhere as he was never actually fired. The victim of this abuse received $50,000, which seems like a really sweet deal for the city. I think he could have received more.
Another lawyer says don’t talk to police
Here’s a good, short video of a lawyer saying what the lawyer from Wednesday’s post said. I like that he also said the only time you talk to police is when there’s an emergency. I would say, do your best to not call them in an emergency as well, though many emergency situations might dictate that you are legally required to call them.
Abuse of Citizens
This is a comment from the comment section of the Youtube video I posted yesterday. I thought it was worth posting here.

I got an Audi for my 16th birthday and couldn’t wait to drive it to school. The first day I drove it I had a teacher who asked if it was mine. I said yes and then she told me it looked like a drug dealers car. I laughed it off.
The next day I got called to the principal’s office and two police officers are there waiting for me. They told me they got a tip that I may have illegal substances in my car and asked for my keys so they could search. They asked if I would give them my permission. I asked what if I don’t give you permission and they said they would just search it anyway. So I said yes.
Of course they didn’t find anything because I never had or even used drugs. After the search there were dirty dog paw prints all over my seats, they emptied everything out of my glove compartment and left it on the floor. I had a bag of snacks so they emptied that all over my car and didn’t put anything back.
It was a scary and extremely embarrassing incident because I was the only black kid in my school and everyone saw the cops searching my car. I still don’t know for sure but I think that teacher called the police. My parents were very angry and wanted to sue the school but I just wanted to forget it ever happened. It would have been one more thing that highlighted how different I was than my classmates and all I wanted to do was fit in.
Good Legal advice
Here’s some free advice. Even if you’re innocent, don’t talk to the police. Their job is to get you talking and send you to prison.
Teach your kids to not speak to the police, like she says.
Not speaking to the police isn’t rude. It is your constitutional right that men have paid for with their blood. The rude thing would be to disrespect the blood they’ve shed and go blabbing to the government so they can use your words against you in a court of law.

I like how this guy handled this. Officer Baby Face and Fat Lady are both telling bald-faced lies in this video about when we have to ID ourselves to them. Cops are supposed to protect out rights. In reality, we have to protect our rights and ourselves from these government thugs.

Lying Cops #1009
The law in every state is that you must be suspected of a crime before the police can lawfully demand ID. I often wonder whether these cops genuinely don’t know that or whether they know it and they’re trying to intimidate people into surrendering their rights. I think in this case, they were lying through their teeth saying this guy had to give ID, since they ended up walking away.
Either way, their behavior is reprehensible, as supposedly, the American people have hired them to protect us and our rights. They fail miserably at that job (they’ve failed to protect 60 million babies murdered by abortion), and in fact attempt to take away our rights. You have to know what your rights are, and protect your own rights against these armed nut jobs. They will not protect your rights.
And these two guys are unfit for service as they’re morbidly obese, and I think they’re probably quite stupid.
When are citizens going to hold these people accountable? When are people going to realize that cops aren’t protecting anyone? I’ll answer my own questions. It will be either 10 years after pastors start preaching God’s law, or 10 years after the majority of children no longer attend public school.
Defeat Socialism – Don’t Call the Police
The way to defeat socialism is to not utilize socialist-funded services. Take your kids out of public school. Don’t call the police. Don’t accept Social Security payments.
I realize these things are hard to pull off, and there aren’t many who are doing it, but we have to do what we can, and help teach others so they can do something, too. I enjoyed this short conversation with a guy who must have assumed I’m not already doing what he suggested.
One other thing I would point out is that there are very good practical reasons for not calling the police, even if you did think they were honest and trustworthy. The average police response time could be 10 minutes. The best they can often do is show up after the crime has been committed.
What if your neighbor really is in trouble? There are practical reasons why you might want to help your neighbor inside of 10 minutes. We are to love our neighbors more than we love ourselves (that is what the blue government thugs are failing miserably to do). Loving them involves being willing to run over to their house to help them–not pawning that responsibility off on government.
However, there are times when we are legally required to call the police, and there is no alternative to driving on socialist-funded roads, but we start with what we can do and demand change on the other items as well.

This Newark cop harassed a local news crew while videotaping on a public sidewalk. This cop clearly doesn’t know the law and is on a huge power trip. It’s from 2008, but this type of stuff still goes on.
Put this one in the “cops are there to protect our rights” file.
